Pre-Orders

The current pre-order closes on 27 April, 12:00am.
You may pre-order all new releases and out-of-stock items during this period.

To ensure the best quality, we place frequent small orders, especially for UV resin, so that all materials are kept as fresh as possible.

You may now pre-order all new products or any out of stock products.  To keep material as fresh as we can, we make frequent small orders especially on uv resin to ensure all stocks are as new as it can be.  

Delivery & Shipping

Pre-order stock is estimated to arrive 4–7 working days after the pre-order closes, depending on customs clearance. Once stock arrives, we will process your order as soon as possible. Delivery will be made within 3 working days after dropping off at Ninja Van.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once everything has arrived. If you prefer to receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.
